Almost one year ago, an uninsured driver ran through a red light and t-boned my wife, 6 month old, and myself. I had never been in an accident of that magnitude and wasn’t sure what to do. Due to good reviews, I called Brannon & Brannon. I was immediately introduced to a gentleman named Luke. From the very first meeting, he was the type of person I knew I would want to work with. While being a highly intelligent attorney that can be firm when needed, he is also very laid back and easy going. PLEASE READ!!If you’re like me, you rely heavily on reviews before deciding anything especially when it comes to any kind of personal service. Anyways long story short in Jan of 2021 I was riding my motorcycle heading to work, I had maybe left my house 60secs before a woman failed to yield on a solid green while turning which resulted in her basically T-Boning me throwing me from my bike and totaling it. The accident broke my left distal radius (wrist bone) and left me with a really bad hematoma on my knee. I had to get surgery which consisted of a plate and about eight screws in my wrist, which is when I knew I needed to get an attorney. I googled Motor vehicle accident attorneys in FWB and Brannon&Brannon were one of the first ones that popped up, I contacted them and made an appointment for the very next day. All I had to do was provide some paperwork for them and they immediately jumped on the case. I am active duty military which made everything so much more difficult because Uncle Sam wants their cut of the claim due to them paying for the surgery which inevitably resulted in one gigantic road block but B&B constantly stayed on top of legal and kept me up to date on everything. I have to give extra props to Ms. Heather, one of the paralegals at the office who has to be one the nicest and most professional people I ever had the pleasure of interacting with especially considering I’m sure I bugged her way more than necessary. I HIGHLY recommend this Law firm to anyone on the fence. I hope I never get in an accident again but if I do they will be the first people I call, seriously.

I didn't realize this until later, but it sped up the recovery time and things could get back to normal sooner. I now apply that lesson in all facets of life. I called them because I was having issues with getting State Farm to pay the full cost of reparing my car due to their insuree hitting my car. I spoke to Luke and although they handle injury claims and not vehicle claims Luke gave me some great and helpful advice! He sat on the phone and answered ALL of my questions and even allowed me to vent and ramble! For that alone he could have charged by the hour because he definitely deserved it lol! There I was not knowing anything about what to do. Already been laughed at by other firms, because the case is that laughable. Called and THE MAN ON THE SIGN ANSWERED THE PHONE....little speechless but gave a brief description of my situation and Mr. Paul begins to tell me that I would not be needing his assistance, educated me that I would be needing a Defense Attorney instead. He not once made me feel stupid for asking questions and broke down the entire process for me. At the end of the conversation I told him that this was the first time in a week that I have not wanted to throw up. Days go by and exactly what he said was going to happen...happened. All of this conversation was a free consultation and made me feel soooo much better.
